در حالی که مصوبات آیین‌نامه اجرایی زندان‌ها تأکید می‌کند که محل حبس زندانیان باید با جرم آنان در تناسب باشد صدها #درویش_گنابادی با وجودی که هنوز حکم قضایی آنان قطعی نشده است بیش از ده ماه است که در بندهای زندانیان جرائم اجتماعی، مواد مخدر و اشرار زندان فشافویه نگهداری می‌شوند و در اسفناک‌ترین شرایط، روزهای حبس و زندان خود را می‌گذرانند.
خوابیدن مقابل توالت بند، به سرقت‌رفتن لوازم شخصی، خطر ابتلا به بیماری‌های واگیر، تهدیدشدن و اخاذی توسط زندانیان و. بخشی از مشکلاتی است که درویشان گنابادی پس از انتقال غیرقانونی به بندهای زندانیان بزه‌های اجتماعی با آن دست‌وپنجه نرم می‌کنند.
دهها درویش گنابادی که در اعتراض به نوع برخورد نیروهای قضایی و امنیتی با جامعه‌ی درویشان گنابادی دست به اعتصاب غذا زده‌اند نیز با وجود اشراف مسئولان زندان #فشافویه به وخامت حال جسمی‌شان، در بندهای زندانیان خطرناک رها شده‌اند و تنها جایی که برای خواب نصیبشان میشود مقابل دستشویی کثیف و عفونی بند است.
بیش از چهارصد درویش گنابادی که پس از حادثه‌ی #گلستان_هفتم در یکم اسفندماه سال گذشته بازداشت و در دادگاه‌های کوتاه‌مدت و بدون حضور وکیل به نزدیک به دوهزارسال حبس محکوم شده‌اند اینک در زندان فشافویه در حالی روزهای حبس را می‌گذرانند که جامعه‌ی حقوقی کشور و وکلا و حقوقدانان به رفتارهای غیرقانونی و غیرانسانی که از سوی سازمان زندان‌ها بر آنان اعمال میشود کمترین واکنشی نشان نمی‌دهند.
